Community Solutions’ Aftercare program provides mental health services to youth ages 14-18 currently incarcerated at James Ranch, Muriel Wright Center, or Juvenile Hall. 

Youth set for release from the Ranch or Juvenile Hall may be referred through the Santa Clara County Department of Mental Health and the Santa Clara Probation Department. Services are provided in the Gilroy, Morgan Hill, San Martin, and South San Jose areas. 

For clients with no insurance coverage, there are no fees. Full-scope Medi-Cal is accepted.
