Child Abuse Prevention: Teaches self-protection and empowers children to recognize and deal effectively with potentially abusive situations.
Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Human Trafficking: 24/7 crisis intervention, counseling, legal advocacy, court accompaniment, and follow-up services for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking. Confidential shelter and support for victims of domestic violence and their children; Education and awareness to promote community wide understanding of, and response to, domestic violence. Services include: La Isla Pacifica Shelter, DV Counseling, DV Prevention Services, Human Trafficking Services, Sexual Assault Services, and Legal Advocacy).
Drinking Driving Program: Therapeutic and psycho-educational groups and individual counseling for first-time and multiple drinking drivers.
Full Service Partnership Program Overview: The Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Full Service Partnership (FSP) is a full service partnership with clients and their significant others. Each participating individual has a team of 4 to 5 staff to assist in their goals. Staff may include a Family Partner to work with significant others in conjunction with the client, a Peer Advocate that will assist and offer support to the client, a therapist available to do therapy/rehabilitation and a case manager who often provides resources to assist the client in attaining their level of independence. The goal of the the service is to assist the client while he/she moves forward through the developmental stages of gaining independence. There are many FSP programs offered through Community Solutions: FSP Adult/Older Adult, Concepts of Recovery, FSP Children, FSP Transitional Age Youth. Home Visitation: Strengthens family functioning, develops positive parenting skills, provides literacy skills, supports early care and education, identifies health related issues and maximizes community resources to promote healthy child development.
Housing: Transitional and permanent housing with case management for individuals living with serious mental illness. Sober living housing for adults involved with the criminal justice system that are living with serious mental illness. Housing services include: Transitional Residential for Seriously Mentally Ill, THU/SLE--Transitional Housing Units/Sober Living Environments, Transitional Independent Housing for Women,
Independent Living Skills: Daily living skills instruction and case management for foster care and other at-risk youth.
Mental Health Services spanning the full age spectrum, from birth to old age, including assessment, evaluation, medication support, plan development, therapy, case management /brokerage, rehabilitation, collateral services, money management and crisis intervention. Within our system we have specialty services for: · System of Care youth who are involved in the foster care and/or juvenile justice systems, · Children ages 0 - 5 years, and their families, · Transitional Age Youth, who are transitioning into adulthood with the complication of significant mental health challenges · Youth with conduct problems, anti-social peers, early substance use and problematic family relations. · Adults with dual diagnosis whose substance abuse problems compound their psychiatric issues, · Adults involved with the criminal justice system who are living with serious mental illness, · Adults, 60 years of age or older, whose aging issues compound their psychiatric issues.

Restorative Justice: Life skills groups and supportive services for first-time youth offenders with generally low misdemeanor offenses. (RJP Program)
Status Offender Services: 24/7 crisis line for youth ages 10 to 17 who are at risk, experiencing family conflict, school problems, truancy, homelessness, curfew violations and/or behavioral problems. Services include assessment, crisis intervention, case management, and counseling. (SOS Program)
Teen Assault Awareness: A primary prevention program that teaches teens to recognize and deal with potentially abusive relationships and situations. (Teen Assault Awareness Program)
