Community Solutions is a comprehensive human services agency that has served South Santa Clara County and the surrounding areas since 1972. Founded as a teen drop-in center with a staff of five, we have grown in the past 36 years to be the leading service provider in South County and the neighboring areas of South San Jose and San Benito County. Our mission is to provide services and programs that improve the quality of life in our community. We are dedicated to developing the full potential and personal responsibility of individuals, families and the community at large.
The purpose of our agency is to provide the assistance, skills and support our clients need to build healthy, productive and independent lives. Though many of the people we serve are struggling with issues that, to them, seem insurmountable, we help them open the doors to hope and change.
We are proud of the comprehensive system of care that we offer to our clients. Our spectrum of services includes intensive treatment and residential care, 24-hour crisis intervention, confidential shelter and support services, school and community counseling services, legal advocacy, and prevention and education programs.
