The Helping Hands Healing Hearts awards luncheon annually honors a community leader who is dedicated to improving the lives of others and a current or former Community Solutions client who has triumphed over personal adversity and changed the course of their future.

This year, Community Solutions will present the Helping Hand Award to County Supervisor Mike Wasserman for his leadership to improve the health and well-being of South County residents. Richard, a former Community Solutions client, will receive the Healing Heart Award for his courage and determination to overcome personal challenges.

This sell-out event has become a treasured tradition for local businesses and community members who attend the each year. Proceeds from the event support programs and services to create positive changes in our community.
