In Memory
We say goodbye to our coworker and friend, Adriana Hernandez, who passed away on June 16th after a brief illness. Adriana worked at Community Solutions for the past seven years and, in that time, reached out to hundreds of youth, families, and individuals in need of services and support. Adriana leaves behind two young daughters and a legacy of commitment to our community. While we mourn her passing, we celebrate the great work she did with, and for, our clients. She is truly missed.

Community Solutions was founded as a teen drop-in center in 1972. Since that time, we have grown in both depth and breadth of services as a response to the growing and changing needs of our community. We provide a comprehensive spectrum of prevention, intervention, treatment, and residential services to the communities of South Santa Clara County, South San Jose and San Benito County. We are governed by a voluntary Board of Directors who live in and represent these communities. We receive support from a diverse funding base including local, state and federal government; private foundations; and contributions.
